[摘要] 目的 通过分析和总结胆管蛔虫症的声像图表现及其临床意义来提高对本病声像图的认识及诊断符合率。方法 通过回顾性分析我院2003年4月～2006年5月超声诊断为胆管蛔虫症、临床最后确诊的39例病例资料，分析胆管蛔虫及其并发症在超声图像上的表现和临床意义。结果 胆管蛔虫在超声图像上表现为条索样回声型13例(33.33%)、结石样回声型11例(28.21%)、混合性回声型15例(38.46%)。结论 超声检查是临床诊断胆管蛔虫症的首选方法，胆管蛔虫症在超声图像上的表现复杂多样，正确认识胆管蛔虫症的声像特征，才能更好地发挥超声检查对本病的诊断价值。

    Rethinking ultrasonic imaging of biliary duct ascariasis

    [Abstract] Objective This paper aims at analyzing and summarizing manifestations of ultrasonic imaging of biliary duct ascariasis and its clinical significance to improve the knowledge of ultrasonic imaging of this disease.Methods The approach is based on the 39 cases which had been diagnosed as biliary duct ascariasis through ultrasonic examination and later been confirmed clinically from March,2003 to May,2006 in Changhang Hospital,according to which we analyze manifestations and clinical significance of biliary duct ascariasis and its complications.Results In 13 cases (33.33%) biliary duct ascariasis are manifested as striped echo;in 11 cases (28.21%) they are manifested as calculous echo and in 15 cases (38.46%) they are manifested as mingled echo.Conclusion Clinical practice has proved that ultrasonic examination is the first reference to diagnose biliary duct ascariasis and this disease has complicated manifestations on ultrasonic figures.Only when we have a right knowledge of ultrasonic features of biliary duct ascariasis,we can make a better use of the diagnostic value of ultrasonic examination on biliary duct ascariasis. ......
