旋转铰链式膝关节假体在膝关节交通伤患者初期置换手术中的应用

     摘要：目的探讨在膝关节交通伤后膝关节初期置换术中选用旋转铰链式假体的适应证及临床经验。方法 2002年3月~2006年3月我科对17例膝关节交通伤患者进行了初期旋转铰链式膝关节假体置换。16例患者获得随访，时间6个月～4年6个月，平均3年。采用HSS(knee rating score system)评分标准对手术效果进行评价。结果 1例失访，15例疗效优良，优良率93.75%。结论对膝关节严重损伤的患者行初期人工关节置换时使用旋转铰链式膝关节假体治疗可获得较好的近期效果。

    Abstract: Objective To study the indications and clinic results of primary arthroplasty by artificial rotational knee joints.Method Seventeen cases with knees joints injury caused by traffical accidents underwent total knee arthroplasty by artificial rotational knees joints，in which 16 patients were followedup for 6 months to 4.5 years.The HSS knee was used to evaluate the clinical results.Results The rate of excellent was in 15 cases(93.75%).Conclusion The clinical outcome is satisfactory. ......
