摘要： 目的 利用创伤评分探讨对爆炸伤伤情进行有效定量评估的方法。方法 对爆炸性武器致伤的69只山羊生物毁伤程度分别使用传统冲击伤伤情的病理判定方法和ISS进行判定，研究此2种伤情评定方法判定结果的一致性和有效性。结果 (1)AIS2005中关于肺部冲击伤的AIS编码描述较简略，不能有效反映真实的肺部损伤情况；(2)运用结合传统病理判定方法的AIS2005损伤定级方法计算ISS，能使其与传统病理判定方法对冲击波伤的伤情判定有较好的一致性；(3)对伴有破片伤及其他损伤的冲击伤进行伤情判定时，ISS较传统病理判定标准更能准确地反映真实的伤情。结论 在对肺部冲击伤进行损伤定级时，应该将AIS2005编码与传统病理判定方法结合使用。关键词：冲击伤；多发伤；创伤评分
Trauma scorings of explosive injury

Abstract: Objectives To explore effective and quantitative trauma scorings of explosive injury in goats.Methods The explosive damage severity of 69 goats was respectively assessed by the traditional pathology assessment standards of blast injuries and ISS.The consistency and efficiency of the 2 assessments was checked.Results(1)Description of AIS codes related to blast lung injury in AIS2005 is too simple to explain effectively the real injury severity of lung.(2)By AIS2005 codes integrated with the traditional pathology assessment standards,ISS showed the same efficiency as the traditional pathology assessment standards in the evaluation of the severity of blast injury.(3)In the severity assessment of blast injury with segment and other injury,ISS could explain real injury severity more exactly than the traditional pathology assessment standards.Conclusion In the severity assessment of lung blast injury,AIS2005 should be integrated with the traditional pathology assessment standard. ......
