糖尿病患者心理健康状况及个性特征研究

     【摘要】目的探讨糖尿病患者心理健康状况及个性特征。方法对108例糖尿病患者与108名健康志愿者采用症状自评量表和艾森克个性问卷进行评定分析。结果糖尿病患者症状自评量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数及各因子分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)；艾森克个性问卷评分糖尿病患者N维度T分明显高于健康志愿者(P<0.01)，其它维度差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者存在明显的心理问题，心理状况较差，个性以情绪不稳定为特征。有针对地开展心理健康教育和心理干预，有利于提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。

    Mental health status and personality characteristics of patients with diabetes mellitus

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the mental health status and personality characteristics of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 108 patients with diabetes mellitus and 108 health volunteers were assessed with symptom checklist90(SCL90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ).Results The total score, total mean score, positive items number and each factor score of SCL90 in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01). N dimension and T score of EPQ in diabetic patients were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.01), the other dimensions had no significant difference. Conclusion Diabetic patients exist obvious psychologic problem and poor mental status, their personality is characteristic of emotional instability. The life quality and recovery would improve by mental health education and mental intervention. ......
