腹腔镜结直肠手术28例报告

     【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜在治疗结直肠癌中的应用及手术方法。方法：回顾分析28例结直肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术的经验。其中，Dixon手术11例，Miles手术6例，右半结肠切除5例，支撑管环扎吻合5例，中转开腹1例。结果：全组无手术死亡病例。腹腔镜手术时间110~300min(平均220min)，淋巴结切除数6~26个。术后1~4d均恢复胃肠功能。结论：腹腔镜技术在结直肠恶性肿瘤根治手术中具有广阔的应用前景，但要掌握好腹腔镜的操作技巧及手术指征。

    Laparoscopic colorectomy for colorectal cancerprimary experiences on 28 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the results of laparoscopic colorectomy in treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods:The data of 28 cases underwent laparoscopic colorectal surgery from October 2005 were reviewed retrospectively.Among them,11 cases underwent Dixon's operation,6 cases underwent Miles's operation,5 cases received right hemicolectomy,5 cases were subjected to anuspreserving operation by using supporting tube,1 case was converted to open operation.Results:No patient died in this series.The average operative time was 220(110300)min.The average number of lymph nodes excised was 626.The time of bowel function recovering was 14 days after operation.Conclusions:The study suggests that laparoscopic colorectomy for carcinoma of colon and rectum is a less invasive technique with a broad prospect. ......
