力尔凡联合顺铂对恶性腹腔积液临床疗效及端粒酶活性的影响

     【摘要】目的：探讨力尔凡对恶性腹腔积液的临床治疗价值及对端粒酶活性的影响。方法：48例恶性腹腔积液患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(28例)采用力尔凡联合顺铂腹腔内注入，对照组(20例)单用顺铂腹腔内注入。分别在治疗前，治疗后1周、2周及3周，观察腹腔积液消失情况，评定疗效，采用半定量TRAP银染法检测腹水细胞端粒酶活性。结果：治疗组临床治疗有效率89.3%，对照组为60.0%(P<0.01)，随着治疗时间的延长，端粒酶活性逐渐下降。结论：力尔凡联合顺铂治疗恶性腹腔积液具有协同作用，其对端粒酶活性的抑制可能参与了以上机制，检测端粒酶活性可作为评价其疗效的敏感生物学指标。

    The effect of Lifein combined with cisplatin on malignant ascites and telomerase activity

    【ABSTRACT】Objective:To study the clinical value and telomerase activity of malignant ascites treated by lifein combination with cisplatin.Methods:48 patients with malignant ascites were divided randomly into two groups.Treatment group of 28 cases were treated with lifein and cisplatin,control group of 20 cases were treated with cisplatin alone.Telomerase activity was detected by semiTRAP assay before treatment,at the first week,the second week and the third week after treatment,respectively.Results:the effective rates of treatment group(89.3%) was much higher than that of control group (60%),P<0.01.Telomerase activity decreased in time dependent manner.Conclusions:Combining Lifein and cisplatin was very effective to malignant ascites partly by decreasing telomerase activity.Detection of telomerase activity after treatment with Lifein and cisplatin could be used as a sensitive marker ......
