摘要:目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫腔内良性病变的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析127例宫腔内良性病变患者的手术及病理诊断结果，与术前的经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查结果对照。 结果 超声检查有异常者127例，与临床及病理异常数一致，敏感性为100%。127例宫腔内良性病变中，106例与病理诊断符合(83.5%)，21例与病理诊断不符合(16.5%)。 结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声有很高的敏感性和较高的准确性，具较高临床价值。

    The value of transvaginal sonography and doppler in the diagnosis of intrauterine benign diseases.

    Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal sonography and Doppler in the diagnosis of the intrauterine benign diseases. Methods 127patients with intrauterine benign diseases confirmed through clinical treatment and pathological ex-amination were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the previous results of clinical findings and pathological examination with transvaginal sonography and Doppler. Results Abnormality was observed in127patients by transvaginal sonography and Doppler before treatment with a sensitivity of100%.The results of examination of106patients with intrauterine benign diseases by transvagi-nal sonography and Doppler were coincided with pathological results with a coincidence rate of83.5%(106/127). Conclusion Transvaginal sonography and Doppler is sensitive and accurate for diagnosis of intrauterine benign diseases.Thus it is valuable for clin-ical application. ......
