肝细胞肝癌组织中p34cdc2表达及其与细胞增殖和凋亡的关系

    【Abstract】 AIM: To study the expression of p34cdc2 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the relationship between the expression of p34cdc2 and proliferative index (PI), apoptotic index (AI) of HCC. METHODS: Fortyseven cases of HCC with 42 specimens of neighboring noncancerous tissues and 10 healthy hepatocellular tissues were selected for the study. These samples were detected by SP immunohistochemical and TUNEL methods. All data were processed by SPSS 10.0 version in computer. RESULTS: The expression of p34cdc2 was localized in cytoplasm and nuclear of HCC tissues, and neighboring noncancerous tissues, showing brownish yellow or yellow. There was p34cdc2 overexpression in HCC, compared to normal liver tissues (P<0.01). PI of HCC and neighboring noncancerous tissue was (30.34±4.46)% and (27.88±5.89)% respectively. AI of HCC and neighboring noncancerous tissue was (8.62±2.28)% and (7.38±2.61)% respectively. AI and PI in HCC were higher than those in neighboring noncancerous tissue (P<0.05). PI was significantly higher in p34cdc2 protein positive tissues [(49.26±4.81)%] than in p34cdc2 protein negative tissues [(23.07±4.15)%] (P<0.05), but p34cdc2 protein expression was not significantly related to AI (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: There is an overexpression of p34cdc2 in HCC. AI and PI in HCC are both higher than those in neighboring noncancerous tissue. Although it is not a prerequisite for HCC cell apoptosis, p34cdc2 expression is positively associated with PCNA expression in HCC, and can together with PCNA serve as a sensitive parameter for detecting HCC cell proliferation. ......
