Abstract The culturing of clinical medical special academic rank graduates has carried out for almost 10 years but only several years in military medical university.That is a very important duty how to strengthen the culturing of clinical graduates and make them become high grade clinical doctors with good skills as well as good medical moral characters.This article put forward some improved schemas according to some problems of clinical graduate culturing in our university such as the management mechanism not perfect,clinical characteristics not clear and definite,checkup system not complete,and medical moral characters not be attached importance to and so on.
