白血病患者血清VEGF和sFas水平及其相关性研究 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 观察白血病患者血清VEGF和sFas水平及二者的相关性。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对25例白血病患者血清VEGF和sFas水平进行同步检测，并比较其水平变化的相关性。其中VEGF水平以VEGF/PLT的较正值表示。结果 复发/未缓解组VEGF和sFas水平明显高于正常对照组和缓解组，差异有统计学意义。缓解组和对照组之间差异无显著性。VEGF与sFas之间可见显著正相关关系且二者与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)亦有一定相关性。结论 血清VEGF和sFas水平的测定可用于评价白血病的病理状态及转归，联合检测这些因子可能更有临床价值。

Levels of VEGF and sFas and their correlation in patients with leukemia

[Abstract] Objective To study the serum levels of VEGF and sFas and their correlation in patients with leukemia.Methods The levels of VEGF and sFas were simultaneously detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 25 patients with leukemia.The level of VEGF was corrected by platelet count. Results VEGF and sFas concentrations of the refractory/relapsed group were significantly higher than that of the control group and the remission group (P<0.05),but no significant difference was found between the remission group and the control group(P>0.05).Statistical correlation was observed between the level of VEGF and sFas in patients with leukemia (P<0.05).VEGF and sFas also have some relationship with LDH.Conclusion The serum levels of sFas and VEGF can be utilized for monitoring the development of leukemia and predicting its prognosis,combined measuring of these parameters might be much more implication. ......
