摘要:目的 评价目前我国常用的国产狂犬疫苗和进口人用纯化Vero狂犬疫苗的免疫效果，为临床选择经济有效的狂犬疫苗提供依据。 方法 用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测分别经长春、辽宁和法国维尔博三种狂犬疫苗全程免疫接种的300名暴露后接种者的血清狂犬病毒中和抗体，分析比较其抗体阳转率、实际抗体水平及接种副反应。 结果 排除年龄、免疫-检测时间间隔等干扰因素的影响后，三种人用纯化Vero狂犬疫苗不仅抗体阳转率(分别为93.0%，93.2%，86.7%)和抗体浓度(分别为16.21±5.27，15.93±4.35，15.89±6.17IU/ml)没有统计学差异，在接种副反应方面的差别也没有显著性。 结论 国产与进口人用纯化Vero狂犬疫苗的免疫效果具有较好的可比性，因其价格低可以在临床推广使用。
