摘要:目的 探讨目前肇庆市人群艾滋病毒感染概况、艾滋病病毒感染方式及今后的防控策略。 方法 分析2000～2004年HIV/AIDS常规、哨点监测和专项调查等资料。 结果 肇庆市艾滋病病毒的感染方式以吸毒、性传播和医院感染为主，并有从高危人群向一般人群传播的趋势。 结论 鉴于目前艾滋病传播趋势的变化，应在加强监测力度，扩大监测范围的基础上，实施以行为干预与卫生知识宣讲相结合的综合治理策略。

    Discussion on the prevalent status of AIDS and control measures in Zhaoqing City.

    Abstract:Objective To discuss the infectious situation，transmission mode and of HIV/AIDS，and the control strategy in the future. Methods The data concerning monitoring of HIV/AIDS were collected and analyzed. Results The main transmission mode drug abuse，sexual behavior and the hospital infection.The tendency of transmission of HIV/AIDSwas spreading from high risk population to general population. Conclusion The work of monitoring of HIV/AIDS be strengthened and integrated measures in-cluding behavioral intervention and health education be carried out.
