摘要:目的 探讨“肾脏病专家智能系统”测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)的临床应用价值。 方法 采用99mTc-DT-PA清除率准确测定106例不同疾病住院患者GFR(Tc-GFR)，并测血清肌酐及尿素氮，同时以“肾脏病专家智能系统”软件、Robert公式测算GFR(NEBS-GFR、Robert-GFR)，以Cockcroft/Gault公式计算内生肌酐清除率(CG-CCr)，所得数据进行对比研究及相关分析。 结果 NEBS-GFR、Robert-GFR、CG-CCr均能在一定程度上准确反映GFR，而以NEBS-GFR更准确，可代替Tc-GFR应用于临床。 结论 “肾脏病专家智能系统”是一种准确、简便、快速、安全而廉价测定GFR方法，值得临床推广应用。
