[摘要]目的 探讨低位直肠癌行双吻合器保肛术后并发症的预防和治疗措施。方法 1998年6月～2004年9月对208例低位直肠癌用双吻合器法行保肛手术。结果 术后发生吻合口漏12例，吻合口狭窄8例。结论充分的肠道准备 ，保持良好的肠管血运，熟练运用双吻合器与正确放置引流管是预防并发症的主要措施。

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo study the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications in patients underwent anus-preserving surgery for low rectal cancer by applying a double stapler.
