常用杀虫剂配用氧化胡椒基丁醚杀灭淡色库蚊的研究

     摘要:目的 了解常用杀虫剂与增效剂氧化胡椒基丁醚(S 1 )混用对山东省三个不同地区现场淡色库蚊的毒力及增效作用。 方法 采用WHO生物测试法,计算几种常用杀虫剂配用S 1 对淡色库蚊的LC 50 、回归方程及增效系数。 结果 残杀威+S 1 、氯氰菊酯+S 1 、DDVP+S 1 复配增效系数分别在2.23~8.02之间、2.53~5.76之间和2.39~10.14之间,显示出较好的增效作用。 结论 当淡色库蚊产生抗药性后,采用杀虫剂与氧化胡椒基丁醚混用的方法,可以减少杀虫剂的使用剂量,取得较好防治效果。
