摘要:目的 了解地杨桃(Sebastiania chamaelea)中游离氨基酸的含量。 方法 采用HCL超声波提取，OPA-FMOC柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱，峰面积外标法定量。 结果 地杨桃中游离氨基酸含量为全株干重的0.5%，人体必需需氨基酸占总游离氨基酸为77.5%，较常见大戟科药用植物必需氨基酸含量比例高，其中精氨酸含量最高，占总游离氨基酸的60%。 结论 地杨桃中的人体必需氨基酸的存在是该植物的有效成分之一，为药用研究提供基础数据。
