高频超声在睾丸微小结石症诊断中的价值 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 进一步认识高频超声在睾丸微小结石症(testicular microlithiasis，TM)诊断中的价值。方法 对我院372例生殖系统疾病患者的阴囊超声检查结果及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 27例被检查出患有TM，阳性率为7.3%，高于文献报道的高频超声检查的阳性率(0.6%～2.8%)。TM超声表现：双侧睾丸实质内散在均匀点状、针尖状强回声，伴彗星尾征，后方无声影，直径0.4～2 mm。结论 高频超声可作为TM临床检查的主要方法，该方法可显著提高本病的检出率，可用于随访。

    Diagnostic value on testicular microlithiasis diagnosed with high frequency ultrasound

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the diagnostic value on testicular microlithiasis with high frequency ultrasound.Methods Review analysis of ultrasound examination results and clinical data was performed in 372 patients with reproduction system disease who had testicle examination by high frequency ultrasound.Results 27 patients suffered from testicular microlithiasis in all of the patients and the positive ratio was 7.3%.The positive ratio is higher than that of reported in documents(0.6%～2.8%) with high frequency ultrasonography.The ultrasonic sign of TM is:scatter evenly strong echo with point or needle point forming in the essence of both of testicle,which with comet tail sign and the diameter is 0.4～2 mm.There is no shadow in the rear of the strong echo.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can be used as the main examintion methods.It can enhance the positive examination ratio of TM significantly.It can be used as following examination method. ......
