[摘 要] 目的: 检测食管鳞癌组织中P-gp、nm23的表达水平，探讨其与肿瘤大小、分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结 转移及患者生存期的关系。 方法: 采用免疫组织化学技术检测P-gp、nm23的表达水平。 结果: 94例标本中， P-gp、 nm23基因阳性表达率分别为30.85% (29/94) 、42.55% (40/94)。P-gp的表达与肿瘤的大小、分化程度没有相关性 ( P >0.05)，与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及患者生存期有相关性( P <0.05)。nm23的表达与肿瘤的大小、分化程度、 浸润深度之间没有相关性( P >0.05)，与淋巴结转移及患者生存期之间密切相关( P <0.01)。结论: 检测P-gp 、nm23 的表达对食管癌治疗方案的选择及判断预后有一定的指导意义。
