     摘要:目的 探讨表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法 采用栓线法阻断大脑中动脉(MCA)血流,制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型;按照神经功能评分法、TTC染色法观察EGCG对大鼠行为功能和脑梗死体积的影响,同时观察EGCG对丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性的影响。结果 EGCG可明显改善神经缺陷评分(P<0.05),降低大鼠脑梗死灶体积(P<0.01),不同程度降低缺血皮层组织MDA含量(P<0.05),提高SOD、GSHPx活性(P<0.05)。结论 EGCG对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用,其机制可能与其提高SOD、GSHPx活性及抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。

    Protective Effect of EGCG on Focal CerebralIschemiaReperfusion Injury in Rats

    ABSTRACT:Objective To observe the progtective effects and mechanisms of epigallocatecchin gallate(EGCG) on focal cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury in rats.Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury was established by inserting thread into middle cerebral artery for 2h followed by 24h reperfusion.The neurological deficit and infarct's size were observed by the Longa's score and the TTC staining.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and GSHPx were measured by commercial kits reagent after ischemiareperfusion.Results Pretreated with EGCG,the infarct's size of brain and neurological deficit score were markedly reduced(P<0.01 ......
