活血消症颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 观察活血消症颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法 对53例气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者采用活血消症颗粒治疗，并同期与桂枝茯苓胶囊及米非司酮治疗组作对比研究，治疗3个月为1个疗程，观察肌瘤大小、症候群的变化。结果 活血消症颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤的总有效率为92.5%(49/53)，桂枝茯苓胶囊总有效率为80%，与治疗组比较，P<0.05；米非司酮总有效率85.2%，与治疗组比较，P<0.05。结论 活血消症颗粒治疗气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤疗效优于桂枝茯苓胶囊及米非司酮，未见明显毒副作用。

    A report on HXXZM treated uterine leiomyoma

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huo xue xiao zhen mixture(HXXZM)in treating the patients with uterine myoma.Methods 53 patients (study group)with uterine myoma of Qi zhi xue yu signs were treated with HXXZM;25patients and 27patients(control group)were treated with Gui zhi Fu lin Capsule(GZFLC)and mifepristone.After 3 months treated to investigate the changes of the size of myoma and symptoms.Results The study group was markedly effective in relieving the signs and symptoms,the total effective rate was 92.5%(49/53),while in the control groups were 80% and 85.2%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion HXXZM has significant effect on treating uterine myoma. ......
