针灸治疗外伤性截瘫后小便失禁30例临床疗效观察 (pdf)【摘要】 目的 观察针刺对外伤性截瘫后小便失禁的临床疗效。方法 以中医理论为指导，采用传统针刺方法对外伤性截瘫后小便失禁进行临床研究观察。结果 30例外伤性截瘫后小便失禁者，治愈11例，占36.67%；有效14例，占46.67%，总有效率83.33%。结论 传统针刺手法治疗外伤性截瘫后小便失禁是一种有效的方法，可促进神经功能恢复，提高病人生活质量。
