新疆甘草中有机氯农药残留量检测研究

     摘要:目的将一种新型样品预处理技术底物固相分散法(MSPD)用于甘草中有机氯农药的残留研究,建立了甘草中六六六及滴滴涕7种异构体残留量同时检测的气相色谱分析方法。方法采用 HP-50毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 m×0.25μm),程序升温,进样口温度:240℃。检测器温度:280℃,电子捕获检测器。样品在优化了 MSPD的实验条件下无需进一步净化即可用于气相色谱检测。结果甘草中7种有机氯农药在3个添加水平的回收率均大于80%,相对标准偏差小于5%(n=5)。结论该方法样品前处理操作简便,试剂用量少,灵敏度高。

    Studies on Organochlorine Pesticides Residues in Radix Glycyrrhiza by Matrix Solid-Phase Dispersion Method

    Abstract:ObjectiveThe matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD)method,a mewly deveoped sample pretreatment technology, was used to analyze the organochlorine pesticides residue in Radix Glycyrrhizae.The capillary chromatographic method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of seven organochlorinated pesticides residue.MethodsThe capillary column was HP-50(30 m×0.32 m×0.25 μm)sample injection at 230℃;Detector temperature 280℃;temperature programming;electron capture detector(ECD).Under the MSPD optimized condition ,no fruther cleanup was necessary for subsequent gas chromatographic determination.ResultsThe recoveries of organochlorine pesticides in Radix Glycyrrhizaeat different organochlorine pesticides levels were above 80%.The relative standard deviations were all below 5%(n=5).ConclusionThis method has feature of fewer solvents ,easy operation and rapidness. ......
