摘要：目的比较不同采收期马齿苋的多糖含量。方法 以水提醇沉法提取马齿苋多糖，采用苯酚硫酸法测定其含量。结果9月上旬马齿苋中多糖含量最高。结论采收期是影响马齿苋中多糖含量的重要因素。关键词：马齿苋； 采收期； 多糖
Study on Content Determination of Polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea in Different Harvest Time

Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the content of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea in different harvest time. MethodsThe polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea were obtained through hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation,which content was determined by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry. ResultsThe content of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea was the highest in the begining of September.ConclusionHarvest time is the crucial factor for Portulaca oleracea on the content of polysaccharides.
