     摘要：目的建立山绿茶不同炮制品的质量研究方法。方法以芦丁为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法测定山绿茶不同炮制品中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁浓度在8.112～48.672(μg/ml)之间与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为C=85.224 5A+0.642 7，r=0.999 0。平均回收率为101.24%，RSD=2.73%。结论该测定方法灵敏，简便，重现性好，可用于山绿茶不同炮制品的质量控制。

    Determination of Total Flavonoids in Different Processed Products of Ilex hainanensis Merr

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the evidence for quality of different processed products of Ilex hainanensis Merr.MethodsRutin as the standard and using ultraviolet spectrophotometer to determine the content of total flavonoids in Ilex hainanensis Merr. ResultsThe linear relateionship of rutin was good from 8.112 (μg/ml) to 48.672 (μg/ml), C=85.2245A+0.6427, r=0.999 0.
