腔镜甲状腺切除术与传统甲状腺切除术的比较

     【摘要】目的：比较研究腔镜甲状腺切除术与传统甲状腺切除术的优越性。方法：按顺序抽取腔镜甲状腺切除术(LT)病历110份,传统甲状腺切除术(TT)病历136份,笔者就两组病例的手术时间、切口长度、出血量及住院天数等资料进行回顾性分析和比较。结果：LT组在手术时间、切口长度、出血量及住院天数均短于或少于TT组。结论：LT安全可靠，与TT相比具有切口小、创伤小、美容的优点。

    【Abstract】 Objective:to explore the clinical value of Thyroidectomy under laparoscope and traditional thyroidectomy.Methods:the retrospective study was applied 110 cases with laparoscopic thyroidectomy (LT) and 136 cases with traditonal thyroidectomy(TT) and was analyzed from operational times and blood loss,etc.Results:The LT group was shot the TT group with operational times and blood loss.Conclusions:LT is safe and reliable.this procedure offers a shorter incision,less invasion and better cosmetic results sa compared with TT. ......
