【摘要】 目的 分析OHS患者的免疫机能状态，探讨其发病机理，为OHS的临床诊治提供思路。 方法 对76例OHS患者进行了细胞免疫，体液免测定，并对结果作分析。 结果 OHS患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的常规指标存在异常。 结论 OHS患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的常规指标有助于判断OHS的免疫状态，可供基层医院临床诊断及治疗时参考。

    The Immune Function Change of the Patients with Oral Herpes Simplex

    ABSTRACT Objective To study the immune function of the patients with oral herpes simplex(OHS)and to discuss the pathologic mechanism for better clinical treatment.Methods Cellular immunity detection and humoral immunity detection were made to76cases with OHS and the results were analyzed.Results There existed abnormity in the routine criterion of cellular immunity and humoral im-munity of the OHS patients.Conclusion The routine criterion of cellular immunity and humoral immunity of the OHS potints is helpful in idertifying the immune function of zhe patients.
