摘要：目的观察中药疏肝舒乳颗粒(SGSR)在实验性家兔体内的慢性毒理作用极其器官组织的形态学变化。方法实验性雌性家兔12只随机分为4组，即正常对照及高、中、低剂量药物组，进行为期6个月的慢性毒理实验。其中3个给药组分别将12，6和3 ml药物(相当于生药240，120和60 g)同标准颗粒饲料分别混均后直接喂食高、中、低剂量组家兔，对照组每日给予等容量的生理盐水，观察各实验组及对照组各慢性毒理指标。结果SGSR对实验家兔的生长发育、体重增长、血液生化学以及各重要脏器的组织学结构均无不良影响。结论 SGSR 对实验家兔无明显慢性毒性反应，可在临床推广应用。关键词：疏肝舒乳颗粒； 慢性毒理实验； 实验家兔； 形态学

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the chronic toxicity and the morphologic changes of organs of Shugan Shuru Granule (SGSR) on experimental rabbits in vivo.MethodsTwelve female rabbits were divided into experiment groups and control group.
