【摘要】 目的：探讨宫、腹腔镜联合手术的适应证及应用价值。方法：回顾分析58例应用宫、腹腔镜联合手术的病例。结果：全部手术过程顺利，疗效满意，无手术并发症发生。结论：宫、腹腔镜联合手术安全可行，实现了两种微创手术的优势互补，漏检率低，诊疗同步，适用于术前怀疑宫腔病变，难度较大的宫腔镜手术，也是不孕症患者的首选手术治疗方式。【关键词】 不育，女性；宫腔镜；腹腔镜

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the indication and clinic alvalue of hysterascopy combined with laparoscopy.Methods:The data of 58 cases performed by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy were analysized retrospectively.Results:All operations were successful with satisfacory outcomes and no complications.Conclusions:Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is a safe and feasible method with the advantages of combining the benefit of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy,low false negative rate and diaynosis and treatment at the same time.
