摘要： 胸腰段骨折作为一种临床常见的疾病，对其的研究是骨科领域的热门之一，同时对其诊治方法也有着诸多争论。本文通过胸腰段骨折的相关解剖、分类、治疗方案选择、合并脊髓损伤的类型和处理、手术入路、内固定器械的选择、椎体增强技术的运用、经椎弓根植骨的研究等8个方面的说明，对胸腰段骨折的诊治进展作了较为全面的阐述。关键词：胸腰椎骨折；内固定；植骨
Developments of diagnosis and treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture

Abstract： Thoracolumbar spine fracture is common.The researches of it is one of the most hot spots in the orthopedics field.Meanwhile,there is a lot of disarguments about its diagnosis and treatment.This article explains thoracolumbar spine fracture by 8 aspects: the related anatomy,fracture classification、the selection of conservative or operative treatments,the classification and treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture with spinal cord injuries,management by anterior or posterior operative approaches,the selection of internal fixators,the use of vertebral body enhancement,the research on transpedicular bone grafting.The author presents a general reviews on the developments on the diagnosis and treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture. ......
