【摘要】 目的 建立高效液相色谱检测去氧氟尿苷注射液有关物质的方法。 方法 采用Cromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm，5μm)，以水-乙腈-醋酸缓冲液(pH6.1，即取醋酸钠10.92g，加水100ml，用冰醋酸调至pH6.1)(58：32：0.5)为流动相， 流速1.0ml/min，检测波长269nm，进样量 20μl。结果 在该色谱条件下，去氧氟尿苷注射液在5.35～35.22μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999，n=5)。结论 本法灵敏、准确、简便，可作为去氧氟尿苷注射液有关物质的检测方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of the deoxifluridine injection related substance.Methods The separation and analysis was performed on a C18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile -acetic acid buffer solution(pH6.1)(58:32:0.5).The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 269nm.Loaded volume was 20μl. Results A good linear relationship was obtainted in the deoxifluridine injection 5.35~35.22μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5).Conclusion The proposed method is sensitive ,accurate and simple ,and can be used for the determination of related substance of deoxifluridine injection. ......
