     [摘要] 目的：观察炎琥宁粉针治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效，为临床提供参考资料。方法：将50例确诊急性上呼吸道感染小儿患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，比较两组的疗效。结果：两组比较，主要临床症状好转时间、总有效率差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：炎琥宁粉针治疗急性小儿上呼吸道感染疗效显著。

    the Treatment of Children Acute upper Respiratory in Fection

    (Gaozhou People's Hospital, Gaozhou, Guangdong 525200, China)Abstract：Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate pro injection in the treatment of children acute upper respiratory infection(AURI).Methods 50 cases of AURI were randomly divideded into treating group and control group,compared the clinical effects of two groups.Results Compared two groups,there were significant differences in the main clinical symptom change for the better time and the total effectiveness(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to treat children acute upper respiratory infection with Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate pro injection. ......
