     [摘要] 目的：总结有机磷农药中毒的治疗经验。方法：对有机磷中毒患者采用传统的洗胃、解磷定、阿托品积极的综合治疗。结果：282例患者，治愈272例(占96.5%)，迟发性神经损害2例(0.7%)，死亡8例(2.8%)。结论：传统的治疗有机磷农药中毒的方法仍是非常有效的。
