     [摘要]目的探讨多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺佐治新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效。方法108例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿随机分成治疗组(58例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺。结果治疗组临床症状、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均少于对照组。结论多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺治疗新生儿感染性肺炎疗效明显、副作用少。

    Observation on the effect of dopamine and dobutamine in treatment of infectious pneumonia in the newborn

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of dopamine and dobutamine on the treatmet in the neonates with infectious pneumonia.Methods108 patients with infectious pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated on the basic treatment with dopamine and dobutamine. ResultsDay of clinical disease and physical signs of lung and hospitalization in therapy group were significantly less than that in control group.ConclusionDopamine and dobutamine in curing the neonates with infectious pneumonia has significant effects with less side effects. ......
