     仁化县2000~2004年农产品中金属污染物和农药残留监测* (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 了解仁化县食物中金属污染物及农药残留污染状况。方法 2000~2004年每年分夏秋两季抽检仁化县本地生产的农产品。采用石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)和氢化物原子荧光法(HGAFS)测定金属污染物,采用气相色谱法(GC)测定农药残留。结果 连续5年在仁化县采集大米、蔬菜、水果、面制品、皮蛋、肉类、猪肾、干食用菌等380多份,检测皮蛋中铅含量合格率为31.0%,大米中镉合格率为86.4%,蔬菜中铅、镉合格率分别为77.9%、80.0%,猪肾中镉污染严重,最大值达7.31mg/kg。粮食、蔬菜、水果中有机磷农药和有机氯农药的检出率和超标率均较低。结论 仁化本地生产的粮食、蔬菜等食物不同程度地存在铅、镉污染问题,应进一步开展铅、镉污染的相关研究工作。

    Determination of metal contaminants and pesticide residues in agriculture products in Renhua county during 2000~2004

    【Abstract】 Objective To learn the circumstance of metal contaminants and pesticide in agriculture products in Renhua county. Methods Difference kinds of local agriculture products were collected for determination in summer and autumn during 2000~2004. The method of determination of metal contaminants and pesticide resides are GFAAS,HGAFS and GC respectively. Results More than 380 food samples had been collected in Renhua county for 5 years . The samples included rice、 vegetable、 fruit 、wheat flour、 preserved egg 、meat 、pig kidney and dry germ. Compared with to the corresponding values in the national hygienic standard of lead and cadmium, the quantified percentage of lead in preserved egg is 31.0% .cadmium in rice is 86.4%.lead and cadmium in vegetable are 77.9% and 80.0%, respectively .Pig kidney is contaminated seriously by cadmium , the maximun value of cadmium in pig kidney is 7.31 mg/kg. The detected rate and the violative rate of organophosphorous and organochlorine residues in grains 、vegetable and fruit are lower.Conclusion Some local food in Renhua , such as grains and vegetable ,have been contaminated by lead and cadmium . The problem of metal pollution should be expanded correlative research. ......
