黄芪对糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞透明质酸合酶mRNA及透明质酸的影响

     【摘要】 目的 探讨黄芪对糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞透明质酸合酶mRNA及透明质酸的影响。方法 用含/未含黄芪的培养液培养糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞,RT-PCR检测透明质酸合酶mRNA表达,放免法检测培养上清液中透明质酸含量。结果 用含黄芪的培养液培养的糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞透明质酸合酶mRNA表达及培养上清液中透明质酸含量高于未含黄芪的培养液培养的细胞,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 黄芪能上调糖尿病足溃疡处成纤维细胞透明质酸合酶mRNA表达和促进透明质酸的合成。

    The hyaluronic synthase mRNA expressions and hyaluronic acid effects of astraglus on fibroblasts in diabetic foot ulcer

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the hyaluronic synthase mRNA expressions and hyaluronic acid effects of astraglus on fibroblasts in diabetic foot ulcer. Methods The change of the hyaluronic synthase mRNA expressions were measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. the hyaluronic acid content was used to detect by radioimmunity.Results It showed that the hyaluronic acid synthase mRNA expressions and hyaluronic acid content were significantly higher compared with those cultured without astraglus(P<0.05). Conclusion These results suggest astraglus has a certain effect to up-regulated hyaluronic synthase mRNA expressions and enhance hyaluronic synthesized on fibroblasts in diabetic foot ulcer. ......
