     [摘要] 目的：分析肾衰患者尿液电导率的变化以评价肾脏浓缩功能。方法：对61例肾衰患者和健康人群标本配对，用UF100全自动尿液分析仪测定尿电导率。结果：肾衰患者和健康人群尿液电导率配对t检验，t=5.83，P<0.001，两组差异有显著性。结论：尿电导率可以作为肾功能衰竭患者肾小管浓缩功能的一个评价指标。
