数字化透视与采集图像在肋骨骨折中的应用

[摘要] 目的:进一步提高肋骨骨折的诊断准确率。方法:对我院近两年来肋骨骨折胸部平片诊断有疑问或平片表现正常而临床症状明显的37例患者,进行数字化透视与采集图像对比分析。结果:37例患者中,11例(29.7%)漏诊,2例(5.4%)误诊,两者共13例(35.1%)。平片误诊或漏诊原因为投照体位不当,肋骨重叠,图像质量较差,细微结构显示不清所致。结论:数字化多轴位透视与图像采集不受呼吸、运动的影响,避免了肋骨重叠,图像质量优,对肋骨骨折的诊断具有很大价值。[关键词] 数字化影像系统;透视;肋骨骨折

Abstrct:Objective To further improve diagnosis accurate rate of rib fracture.Methods The thirty seven cases of rib fracture in our hospotal near two years of chest xray plain film diagnosis query or xray plain film normal but clinical symptom obvious made contrast analysed of digital fluroscopy and collect imaging.Results Of the 37 cases,leak diagnosis 11 cases(29.7%),misdiagnosis 2 cases(5.4%),So altogether there were 13 cases(35.1%).The reason of leak dignosis and misdiagnosis resulted from incorrect posture of exposure,rib lap ......
