两种镇痛方法在人工流产术中的应用分析 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 比较两种镇痛方法在人工流产中的临床应用。方法 300例人工流产患者随机选用利多卡因宫颈注射、丙泊酚静脉注入及均不使用任何药物镇痛，比较使用镇痛方法后生命体征、人工流产综合征、宫颈口扩张变化情况、术中出血和子宫收缩幅度的差异。结果 丙泊酚组呼吸频率下降,镇痛效果满意度达100%，利多卡因组镇痛效果较差，前组人流综合征发生率低；利多卡因组扩宫颈效果与丙泊酚组无差异；三组术中出血与子宫收缩幅度无差异。结论 针对患者具体情况和要求、医院条件，选择适当镇痛方法以达到良好效果。

    The analysis of the two methods of relieving pain in the artificial abortion

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the two methods of relieving pain in the artificial abortion in the clinic.Method Injecting cervix with lidocaine, infusing propofol intravenously and without analgetics were given to 300 patients of artificial abortion at random to compare the difference analgesia effects of vital sign ,symptom-complex of artificial-abortion, distension of cervix entrance , blood loss and amplitude of uterine contraction.Results It showed that the breathing frequency of propofol group droping in the 100% analgesia effect of propofo group ;but the incidence rate of sympton -complex of artificial-abortion of the frequency is low;,there is no difference between lidocaine and propofol;no difference of blood loss and amplitude of uterine contraction among the three groups. Conclusion We can choice suitable analgesia to a good result on the specific condition of patient and hospital condition. ......
