[摘要] 目的：观察克痢痧药膏透皮给药的止泻效果。方法：应用炭末法观察克痢痧药膏0.4 g、0.2 g对小鼠肠蠕动、蓖麻油致小鼠腹泻及小鼠不同肠段水份吸收的影响。结果：对照组、克痢痧药膏0.4 g、0.2 g降低小肠炭末推进率分别为76.2%、61.1%、45.6%(P<0.01、P<0.001)；致泻起始时间延长分别为33.8、64.5、54.5 min(P均<0.05)，4 h内腹泻次数分别为20.3、8.2、6.3次(P均<0.001)。克痢痧药膏能促进肠道水份的增加(药膏0.4 g，P<0.05的作用点为6 h)。结论: 克痢痧药膏透皮给药有显著的止泻效果。[关键词] 克痢痧药膏；肠蠕动；止泻
The effects of Kelisha ointment on checking diarrhea

[Abstract] Objective:To investigate the effects of Kelisha ointment on checking diarrhea. Methods: The experiments were carried out in order to observe with activated carbon method the effect of Kelisha (0.4 g, 0.2 g) on the function of intestine peristalsis, castor oilcaused and the water content intestinal tract in mice. Results: With Kelisha ointment (0.4 g, 0.2 g) groups compared with control group, the intestine propulsion ratio were decreased to 76.2%, 61.1%, 45.6% (P<0.01, P<0.001), the initiation time was prolonged to 33.8 min, 64.5 min, 54.5 min (P<0.05), the times of diarrhea within 4 hours were 20.3, 8.2, 6.3. The water content of small and large intestine tract were increased (Kelisha ointment 0.4 g, small intestine tract, 6 h, P<0.05) in mice. Conclusions: Kelisha ointment has significant effect in checking diarrhea. ......
