高血压患者右心室改变的超声观察

     [摘要] 目的探讨高血压病时右心室及肺动脉血流的改变。方法选择单纯性高血压患者78例和对照组56例进行多普勒超声心动图检测。结果高血压组的右室内径较对照组增大，两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)；高血压组PAT(肺动脉血流加速时间)及PAT/RVET(右室射血时间)均小于对照组，两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)；而右室前壁厚度两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论高血压能导致右心室增大，并能引起肺动脉血流改变。

    Changes of right ventricle of hypertension with ultrasound technique

    [Abstract] Objective To study the changes of right ventricle and flow of pulmonary artery of hypertension.Methods Color Doppler ultrasound cardiogram were used in 77 cases of hypertension and 56 cases of healthy subject as control group. Results The diameter of right ventricle of hypertension group was notably increase than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PAT(pulmonary accelerant time) and PAT/RVET(right ventricle ejection time) of hypertension group was notably less than that of the control group(P<0.05).While the thickness of right ventricle anteriorwall had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Hypertension can result in the increase of the diameter of right ventricle and changes of flow of pulmonary artery. ......
