摘要 :目的 分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TUR-Bt)后影响膀胱肿瘤复发的相关因素。 方法 应用Logistic回归方法和COX比例风险模型，对126例行TUR-Bt术的膀胱肿瘤患者的一般情况和临床特征等17项指标与复发时间进行统计分析，并绘制Kaplan-Meier复发风险曲线。 结果 肿瘤基底(Hr=2.825)、肿瘤分期(Hr=2.223)、肿瘤数目(Hr=2.203)和术后膀胱灌注化疗(Hr=0.465)是与TUR-Bt术后肿瘤复发显著相关的因素。 结论 评价TUR-Bt术后膀胱肿瘤复发情况可参考上述4个因素。
