【摘 要】 目的 观察肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎中西医结合治疗的疗效。 方法 将我院近5年来96例肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎随机分为中西医结合治疗组(治疗组，n=54)与西医治疗组(对照组，n=42)治疗，对2组疗效进行比较。 结果 治疗组有效率为92.5%，疗效优于对照组的76.2%(P<0.05)，副作用发生率为20.4%，小于对照组的35.7%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后24小时尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白均有显著差异，且明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。 结论 对肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎可采取中西医结合治疗，增强疗效，减少药物副作用。
