硬膜外麻醉联合腰麻腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补治疗腹股沟斜疝15例体会

     【摘要】目的：总结硬膜外麻醉联合腰麻腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术的优点。方法：对15例腹股沟斜疝行腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补手术(TEP)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：手术顺利,无中转开腹。手术时间60~180min，平均85min，术后平均4d出院，平均节省费用4 000元。随访至今无复发。结论：硬膜外麻醉联合腰麻行完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术安全有效，具有患者创伤小,术后疼痛轻、康复快。复发率、并发症发生率低等优点，并可降低手术费用。

    Laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair under spinal combined epidural anesthesia in 15 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the advantage of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal prosthetic(TEP) in spinal combined epidural anesthesia.Methods:The data of 15 cases with adult inguinal hernia operated by TEP were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the operations were successful without conversion.The mean operation time was 85 min(60180min).The average length of postoperative hospital stay was 4 days.No recurrence occured at last followup.Conclusions:The procedure of TEP under spinal combined epidural anesthesia has advantages of minor pain and wound,fast postoperative recovery,and low complication and recurrence rate.It can also reduce the cost of operation. ......
