【摘 要】 目的 观察通心络联合依那普利治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。 方法 选用2型糖尿病肾病94例随机分为治疗组、对照组，治疗组(47例)应用通心络胶囊联合依那普利治疗，疗程4月;对照组(47例)仅用依那普利。 结果 治疗组降低尿蛋白、改善肾功能作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，且在降血压、改善血糖、调脂等方面的作用亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 治疗2型糖尿病肾病患者应用通心络胶囊联合依那普利有较好的改善及保护肾功能，减少尿蛋白作用，且对2型糖尿病患者血压、血糖、血脂均有良好的作用，值得临床使用。
