【摘 要】 目的 探讨血压变异性与高血压性肾脏损害的关系。 方法 对52例高血压病患者及20例健康对照者均进行24h动态血压监测(ABPM)，以各时间段每30min血压均值的标准差(s)作为血压变异性的指标，同期观察尿β 2 -微球蛋白(β 2 -MG)的含量。 结果 高血压病组患者血压变异性各项参数值与正常对照组比较均有明显增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。24h收缩压变异性、白昼收缩压变异性与尿β 2 -MG含量均呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。 结论 高血压病患者血压变异性明显高于正常血压者;血压变异性与高血压性肾脏损害密切相关。
