     摘要：本文报道阿洛西林钠盐的制备工艺。将阿洛西林置于水和丙酮的混合溶液中，滴入碳酸氢钠水溶液，溶液澄清后过滤。加入二氯甲烷与丙酮的混合溶液使阿洛西林钠沉淀结晶析出，该工艺得到的阿洛西林钠重量收率为87%。

    ABSTRACT A preparation method of azlocillin sodium was established. Azlocillin was dissolved in water and acetone, then dripped with sodium bicarbonate solution. After filtration, the filtrate was added with dichlorlmethane and acetone. Azlocillin sodium was crystallized out with 87% yield.
