【摘 要】 目的 探讨妊娠合并心脏病对母亲和围产儿的影响。 方法 对我院1990年3月～2003年3月妊娠合并心脏病患者85例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 妊娠合并心脏病发生率为0.72%，孕产妇病死率为0，围产儿死亡率为0.60‰，剖宫产率65.06%。心功能I～II级与III～IV级比较，妊娠孕周、新生儿平均体重、围产儿患病率及死亡率差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。 结论 孕周、新生儿体重与妊娠合并心脏病的心功能级别密切相关;加强妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇的监护，选择正确方式适时终止妊娠，可获得良好的结局。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of pregnancy complicated with heart disease on the maternal and perinatal mortality.Methods Retrospective studywas made for85cases of pregnancy complicated with heart dis-ease in the hospital fromMarch1990to March2003.Results The incidence of pregnancy complicated with heart dis-ease was0.72%，the maternal death rate was0，the perinatal mortality rate0.60‰and the caesarean rate was65.06%.There were significant differences in pregnant time and neonatal mean weight between the women whose cardiac function was class I～II and the women whose cardiac function was class III～IV(P<0.01or P<0.05).Conclu-sion The pregnant time and neonatal weight are closely related to the cardiac function of pregnantwomen complicated with heart disease.The good outcome of pregnancy can be obtained by strengthening the care for the pregnant women complicated with heart disease and putting the pregnancy to the end in the right way and at the right moment. ......
