空洞型肺结核与空洞型肺癌的CT鉴别诊断

[摘 要] 目的：分析空洞性肺结核与空洞性肺癌的CT特征。方法：回顾分析经病理及临床证实的空洞型肺结核及空洞型肺癌，评价空洞壁及周围特点。结果：21例空洞性肺结核,其中薄壁17例,厚壁4例，偏心空洞6例，有壁结节4例，毛刺6例，卫星病灶12例，胸膜尾征4例，纵隔淋巴结肿大3例，病灶临近胸膜下脂肪线增厚4例；18例空洞性肺癌，厚壁16例，薄壁2例，其中15例为偏心性，有浅液平6例，呈分叶状13例，伴卫星灶2例，胸膜尾征12例，血管集束征11例，胸腔积液6例，淋巴结肿大12例。结论：CT对鉴别肺癌性空洞和肺结核性空洞有较重要的价值。[关键词] 空洞型肺结核；空洞型肺癌；CT
CT Differential Diagosis of Cavity Cancer of Lung and Cavity Tuberculosis

Abstract：Objective To analyse the CT features of cavities lung cancer and cavities tuberculosis.Methods Retrospectively analyse the cavities lung cancer and cavities tuberculosis comfirmed by histopathology and dinical study.Results Most of pulmonary cavities of cancer have thick irregular wall with wall nodule and pleural indentation and so or,whereas the cavities in tuberculosis have thiniegular smooth wall with satellitie foci.above mentioned findings help to differential both conditions.Conclusion CT has significant value in differential diagosis of pulmonary cavities of cancer and tuberculosis. ......
