【摘 要】 目的 探讨窦、小梁、巩膜床切开治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。 方法 对12例12眼，年龄12～75岁新生血管性青光眼患者行窦、小梁、巩膜床切开术，并进行追踪观察，术后随访2～12个月，平均10.6个月。 结果 所有术眼早期前房形成良好、滤床平坦，在不用降眼压药物情况下眼压正常，眼压由49.12±7.97mm Hg降至随访末期的15.68±3.26mm Hg(t>3P<0.01)，其差异有非常显著意义。 结论 窦、小梁、巩膜床切开术是治疗新生血管性青光眼一种安全、有效的手术。
