【摘 要】 目的 总结胸壁深度烧伤创面的不同修复方法，以探索最佳手术方案。 方法 根据烧伤创面具体情况及深度达皮肤、皮下组织层、部分胸肌、肋骨、肋间肌等不同层次，选择不同的手术方案。 结果 本组46例患者45例治愈，1例自动出院。 结论 根据创面具体情况选择游离皮片移植、邻近皮瓣、肌瓣、肌皮瓣、大网膜转移等术式进行修复，能较快消灭创面，减少并发症，使患者尽早康复。
